Keeping Cool !
During the current heat wave please bear in mind the following locations for 'cooling off'.

  • The Senior housing at 67 Tadmuck has central air
  • 65 Tadmuck has the air running in the community room
  • 7 Cross St. (Sargent School) is having air put in the community room today and 7 Church St. abuts 7 Cross if they need relief.
  • Cameron will provide transportation to anyone needing to get into A/C until 4 PM today. Cameron has central air and generator and will be open until 4 PM this evening and until 9 PM on Thursday.
  • The Library has air and is open until nine each evening for cooling and has plenty of magazines
