	"To recommend to the Board of Selectmen that they, through whatever public process is required, extend the East Boston Social Center's summer camp use for summer of 2007 limited to the "Boy's Camp" and "Day Camp" areas (not the Girl's Camp) and that they not be allowed to rent the property to third parties as before, so as to increase public access to the property."
