The home is available to an income-eligible, first time homebuyer who can meet the necessary down payment/mortgage requirements.
The two-bedroom, one bath home is priced at $155,000 and will be sold to a moderate-income family whose income falls within the following range:
One Person Family – income cannot exceed $41,700 Two Person Family – income cannot exceed $47,700 Three Person Family – income cannot exceed $53,650
Four Person Family – income cannot exceed $59,600
Assets cannot exceed $50,000.
