All meetings subject to the provisions of the Open Meeting Law must be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Meeting notices need to be forwarded to the Town Clerk's office (townclerk@westford.ma.gov) in a timely manner (prior to 4:00pm to be considered posted on that day) to ensure that adequate notice has been given to the public.
The bulletin board maintained outside the Town Clerk’s office is the Town of Westford’s official posting location for public meetings and will remain the official location for the posting of public meetings. The Town Clerk’s office will be updating the online calendar on a frequent basis to provide the public with more convenient access to meeting schedules.
