Meeting at Abbott School

1. Meeting called to order at 6:05
2. Minutes from 8/2 meeting approved
3. Motion passed that committee is looking for a single family home on the Williams Ave site.
4. Motion passed to specify the use of the parcel at 18 Williams Ave is for affordable housing.
5. Notes were made on the draft of the RFP by the committee, to be sent back to town staff for their review/inclusion in RFP (i.e. specifying that the house will be built on a slab vs. a basement).
