Selectmen to consider aging Exempt Employees Compensation Plan, effective July 1, 2008.
Issue: The Interim Town Manager respectfully requests the BoS endorse the annual adjustment to the Compensation Plan for the cost of living and/or inflation increase.
Town Manager Recommendation: The Interim Town Manager is recommending an adjustment of 2.75% effective July 1, 2008.

Senior Center State House Loan Note
Issue: BoS to sign State House loan note on architectural and engineering services for the Senior Center. Finance Director will request BoS to sign above referenced note.

Review of Draft Designer Selection Procedures
Issue: The Interim Town Manager recommends the Town/ BoS adopt local designer selection procedures which comply with MGL c. 7 §38K. That section requires public notice, uniform requirements as to information to be submitted by applicants for and procedure for evaluation, selection of at least three (3) finalists and other provisions, The Town must follow these procedures before contracting for design services for a public construction project estimated to cost more than $100,000 or when the design fee is estimated to cost $10,000 or more.
