Trash Pick Up Keyes Corner Condominiums
Issue:
The Condo Association has requested that the Town provide trash collection within the complex. The BoS have approved trash collection in other condo developments if the Town is indemnified and the trash hauler can readily access the complex.
Town Manager Recommendation: Recommends approval, effective July 1, 2007, since the Town is indemnified and trash hauler has access.

Farmer’s Market on Town Common
Issue:
Some concerns have arisen about entertainment and education exhibits during the farmer’s market on the Common. Such items were not discussed when the BoS initially approved the activity.
Sandwich Board request: The Farmer’s Market requested that sandwich boards to advertise this event. BoS policy allows the Town Manager to approve these requests. This request is however, beyond the scope of what is contained the current policy. Town Manager requesting guidance from BoS on this matter.
