Presentation from CMPC Transportation Subcommittee on the Draft Transportation and Circulation Report
Issue: Thomas Spuhler, Chair person of the CMPC Transportation Committee will be present to review the draft plan and seek Selectmen’s input on the plan as well as strategies and actionable items relating to transportation.

Further Discussion of Hiring Freeze for BoH Food Inspector Position
Issue: The BoH would like the opportunity to further discuss the hiring of a part time food inspector. The BoS had waived the hiring freeze for contracted service only

Proposed Financing Plan for School Boards
Issue: Clark Rowell of Unibank the Town’s bond advisor, will be present to describe a financing plan for existing school debt. The BoS will be asked to endorse the plan.

Presentation on Senior Center Debt Exclusion Vote
Issue: A debt exclusion vote will be held on September 4, 2007 for renovations and or additions to the Cameron Senior Center. The Town Manager will make a presentation regarding information on the project and its financial impact.

Discussion of music on the Town Common during the Farmers’ Market on Tuesday’s 3:00-7:00PM.
Issue: The Town has received a letter from Mike Harde, 39 Main Street requesting that live music during the Farmer’s Market be permitted past 4:40PM (pursuant to federal case Goldstein v. Nantucket)
