Town Common Request
Issue: For the second year, the Town has received a request to place a Nativity scene on the Town Common. Town Counsel has opined that it is allowable as long as the display also has a secular symbol (i.e. tree or wreath.)

Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Issue: Michael Taeves of the Conservation Commission has requested “conflict of interest” opinion from the Town Counsel, as he also is a Town employee at the recreation department. Town Counsel has recommended that he conduct a disclosure under Section 20 (d) of the conflict of interest statute.( Chapter 268A)

Meeting with Affordable Housing Committee to discuss Boston Road Parcel.
Issue: The Affordable Housing Committee will present a request to use the Town owned Boston Road parcel for affordable housing.
