	Dear Resident, We have requested and received a limited supply of shingles vaccine from Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) and will be holding a FREE clinic for Westford Residents. The clinic will be for seniors 60 and over who are uninsured or underinsured (insurance policy does not cover shingles vaccine). This vaccine is available for residents whether or not they have had a history of shingles or chicken pox in the past. Additional screening will be done at time of registration. Appointments are required. Please call the Health Department @ 978 692-5509 or the Program Registration Line @ 978 692-5525 by March 9th. Date: 3/11 Time: 10 a.m - 1 p.m. By appointment only.
