Do you have a question about senior issues and don't know where to turn? The Westford COA is dedicated to ensuring that seniors are able to access whatever services are needed. Our Outreach staff includes our Social Worker, Judith Ramirez who is available for consultation and to identify needs, and our Elder Outreach Coordinator, Annette Cerullo who provides follow up with home visits and also monitors our Friendly Visitor program. Home or office visits can be scheduled and our Social Worker is available for evening visits by appointment.
