Article One
Name of the Corporation
The name of the Corporation shall be the "Friends of the Cameron Senior Center, Inc." and it is referred to herein as "The Friends".
Article Two
Purpose of the Corporation
The purpose of the Friends is to supplement funds not provided by local and/or state government, through fundraising events, membership donations, and corporate gifts to the Senior Center.
Article Three
Membership
Section 1. Membership in the Friends is open to all persons age sixty (60) and over, including handicap, regardless of race, color, sex, religion or national origin.
Section 2. Anyone shall be deemed a voting member and entitled to vote at any "Friends" meeting, provide he/she has made a voluntary monetary contribution to the Friends within the current fiscal year.
Section 3. All voting members are allowed the right to attend, but not participate in, any of the meetings held by the Board of Directors, except executive sessions.
Secession 4. Annual contributions shall be payable on March first of each year by all members.
