If you are having your septic system inspected, your system inspector will be required to provide the Board of Health with your water use records for the past 2 years. These records can be obtained by calling the Water Department at 978-692-5529.
When you call, please have the following information available:
1. Address of the property
2. Name of the Title V system inspector
3. Email address or fax number of the system inspector
The water use records will be emailed (or faxed) to the system inspector.
You may also submit Title V water use requests by email. Please sent an email that contains all of the required information listed in 1 through 3 above to any of the Water Department Staff listed below:
