Well Child Clinic: Immunizations and physical examination offered to those from infancy to school entry ages. Included in the exam are vision, hearing, blood pressure, and urine testing. Lead screening done when appropriate. Physicals offered by Dr. Andreas Athanasiou of Pediatrics West. Not for sick children.
Appointments are sceduled through the Health Dept. and are required 1 week in advance of dates below. Call 978-692-5509 to schedule.

Camp Physicals: To assist families with getting their required physicals specifically for summer camps, the Health Department in cooperation with Peidatics West, will sponsor an evening to do camp physicals. This does not meet school required or sports required physicals. Appointments are required and are scheduled through the Health Dept. by calling 978-692-5509.
