Grace Industries and Salamander Technologies, Inc. (Sal-Tech) have agreed to integrate their patented hardware and software products - TPASS®4 and interTRAX® COMMAND™, respectively - to significantly improve on-scene accountability and tracking capabilities for Incident Commanders. The new integration connects Grace's InCommand® software in real time to Sal-Tech's COMMAND™ software, providing the Incident
Commander access to all the features and functions of COMMAND™, plus it:
· Associates a Grace TPASS®4 device with a responder credential
· Presents device state (online/offline/rehab) notification · Allows device state to trigger an automatic assignment movement in the COMMAND™ chart · Provides two-way device alarms for: Evacuate, Evacuate All, PAR, and Roll Call · Provides an event log which records the history of device state, carrier, and alarms
Sal-Tech's interTRAX® COMMAND™ software serves as the central hub of information at an incident. Functioning as an electronic command board, COMMAND™ receives data from various devices on-scene and then consolidates and displays that information graphically in a tactical diagram of assignments and responders. Grace's InCommand® is an automated personnel accountability and emergency signaling system. It works in
conjunction with TPASS®4, the only National Fire Protection Association-compliant, two-way emergency signaling, stand-alone personnel alert safety system (PASS). For more information, please call Higgins at 800.486.1312 or reply to this email. |
