Medical Pre-Plan Program
Westford Fire Department offers a Medical Pre-Plan Program to all Westford Residents that allows Firefighters/EMTs responding to Emergencies to be able to see pertenant Medical Information and history including medications, allergies and contact information provided by the program participant.  This can be done in addition to the File of Life Program or in place of it.  All participant information is kept confidential and in a secured location.  For more information on this program, please contact Lt.
