Workreation Program Information:
Workreation is a program that combines work and recreation for youths 13 – 15 years of age. Workreation jobs may involve helping at special events, assisting with recreation programs, office or park work. Participants do not receive any monetary compensation, but earn valuable job experience and community service hours. Job opportunities begin with the Apple Blossom Parade and last throughout the season. Workreation participants will be placed in a position that matches their interests and capabilities. Hours are flexible and mutually arranged by the Director and the participant. Contact the Recreation Department at (978)692-5532 for an application.
