Find Registration forms at www.westfordma.gov/wpc and get them in before Thursday, April 17 at 6:00pm!!
Forms may be turned in at the Recreation Office (35 Town Farm Road) from 8am-4pm during office hours, or you may drop the form through the drop-slot in our front door if between the hours of 4-6pm. Forms may also be turned in at your child's WPC site!
