Meeting called to order at 6:05

Meeting opened to new business. There was no new business.

Minutes approved from previous meeting (7/17/07)

Presentation by Guy Corracio. He said he contacted ground water experts, forestry experts and UNH regarding the potential effect on ground water in the neighborhood if a building is built at the Williams Ave parcel. None of the parties came back with any information. The bottom line is there are different opinions regarding ground water. Ms. Dennis asked about the transferability of wetlands on the parcel, which wasn’t an item for the meeting.

Motion passed to make the land available for disposition.
5.
Motion passed to have Westford Town Hall staff begin work on an RFP for review by the committee in 2 weeks.
