WPC Registration Forms for the next Session are generally made available to the public 1/2 way through the current Session.

Special Program Registration Forms are available at least 2 weeks prior to the program date.

Please make sure you download the Registration Form for the correct Session, as sometimes we will have 2 available.

Make sure to give your child’s Teacher a WPC Notification of Participation Form.pdf so they know he/she is in our program!
