Registration Forms for Session 5: April 28 - June 19 are now available!
Registration forms will be at the WPC sites as of Wednesday, April 2, as well as online at www.westfordma.gov/wpc
If your child will be continuing the WPC program for Session 5 from Session 4, registration forms MUST be in no later than 12:00pm on Friday, April 25 or they will be subject to a $25.00 late fee per child.
