The Representative Town Meeting Study Committee was formed at the direction of the Board of Selectmen to study the pros and cons of a Representative Town Meeting form of government and to study the appropriate day and time to hold Annual Town meeting to improve attendance.
The purpose of this survey is to engage the Westford community-at-large in a dialogue regarding the future of Town Meeting as the basis of town government for Westford. The committee intends to use the survey results to help form the recommendations to the Board of Selectmen.
This survey is divided into three parts: Annual Town Meeting evaluation, Representative Town meeting and Demographic information. In addition to answering the questions in the survey you are encouraged to add comments where indicated.
