Westford Police Public Advisory


	Within the last few months, the town of Westford has experienced an increase in house breaks both attempted and completed. These breaks have occurred off roads that are adjacent to Groton Road/Route 40. Residents are reminded to be vigilant in locking their doors and securing their property. Residents can help out by being the eyes and ears of their neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to report anything suspicious in nature or out of the ordinary. Often times when officers are investigating these incidents neighbors report they did in fact see something suspicious but were reluctant to call for fear they would be bothering the police.
