The Town of Westford Water Department is currently seeking applications for one alternate member for the Board of Water Commissioners.
Steve Ledoux, Town Manager, will appoint one Westford resident to serve a three-year term on the board.
The Board of Water Commissioners is responsible for policy making and consists of three full time members and one alternate member.
The Water Commissioners meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm at 60 Forge Village Road.
The Alternate Member is required to attend meetings and participate in votes in the absence of one or more regular member(s).
Applications must be delivered to the Water Department by November 30, 2007.
