The Board of Assessors has completed the Triennial Assessment Update for certification as mandated by the Commissioner of Revenue. Representatives of the Department of Revenue have reviewed the data to insure that the Proposed Assessments are reflective of the Market Value for January 1, 2007, which is the tax date for Fiscal Year 2008.
The new assessments are available for your review at the Westford Assessors Office located at 55 Main Street, Westford, Massachusetts. Please note that the new assessments are pending preliminary certification by the Department of Revenue. The proposed values will be available for review from Monday October 29, 2007 through Friday November 2, 2007. For telephone inquiries please call (978) 692-5504. The Assessors Office is opened daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
