HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Join the Upper Merrimack Valley Medical Reserve Corps
Volunteers needed! Would you like to help your community and family in time of need? The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a volunteer unit which is trained and pre-credentialed to assist with three types of community events:
- public health emergencies
- mass casualty events
- community service activities
The program is run out of the Health Department. All medical and non- medical volunteered are welcomed. Free trainings and continuing education credits as you learn emergency management and disaster medical operations. Conservation Commission
Trail Stewards
Through a joint effort of the Conservation Commission and the Westford Conservation Trust, a trail stewards program has been established for volunteers to help maintain and improve our numerous trails in Westford. Volunteers are always needed. The Westford Conservation Trust also maintains a list of potential scout projects for those interested.

Council on Aging
Librarian Cameron Senior Center
The Cameron Senior Center has an opportunity to volunteer a few hours each week at the Centers library. Individuals are needed to shelve donated and/or returned books, recycle books due to space constraints and organize magazines and general information. All volunteer applicants must undergo a CORI evaluation.

Contract Bridge Instructor
Volunteers are needed at the Cameron Senior Center on Tuesday from 1 - 3 p.m. to assist an ongoing small group with contract bridge. Help is needed to remind former players and beginners of proper bidding and strategy. All volunteer applicants must undergo a CORI evaluation.

Library Volunteer
Library volunteers assist the Library Staff in the realization of the Library’s goals. Tasks may include collection maintenance; collection repair and mending; clerical, serials, ILL and acquisitions support, and; archival and public relations support. All volunteer applicants must undergo a CORI evaluation.
Westford Partnership for Children After School Program Assistant
The Westford Partnership for Children after school enrichment program is a collaboration between the School Department and the Recreation Department that offers a variety of activities that children participate in during the after school hours. ~Children do their homework, play sports, and engage in other activities such as art, science experiments, math games, reading, chess and much more. Individuals who love to spend time with children are welcome to volunteer. All volunteer applicants must undergo a CORI evaluation.
Westford Community Access Television, Inc.
Westford Community Access Television, Inc. (Westford CAT) is looking for people to help crew shows or cover meetings. The group is also seeking people to help with the Westford CAT organization, for example facilities and marketing committees. Westford CAT happily welcomes any amount of time someone would like spend.
